Summary:

This position uses the computer to run reports in various programs in order export files and create tags for releases that have been entered into the system. Releases will also need to be created for workers on the floor.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

  •  Reviewing releases for completeness and accuracy.
  • Must be able to multi-task on various jobs and/or equipment and can prioritize what needs to be done first.
  • Must be able to work well with minimal supervision and comfortable working independently.
  • Must be organized in keeping track of their material and contacting the appropriate person when it comes to the time to reorder.
  • Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continuous improvement. Other duties may be assigned
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong Computer Skills are required. Should have experience using multiple computer programs – including Excel.

Other Information

Will work very independently in the Tag Room. Must have basic computer experience (excel, creating folder, opening and closing). The people who have worked out well have had some prior experience working in trades or working in a plant environment. Interview will be required. There will be two weeks of training once on assignment.
