Automation Movers International is seeking an entry-level Recruiter with customer service skills and
willing to learn. This is a full-time position.
The Recruiter’s primary role is to maximize company profits and providing high quality customer service
to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage daily client interactions
  •  Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  •  Lead team’s full-cycle recruitment efforts streamlining and brainstorming improvement of
    processes
  •  Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and recruitment campaigns
  •  Sources resumes, coordinates the offer process with hiring manager, initiates required drug and
    background screens, complete the onboarding process
  •  Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as
    career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, trade schools, etc
  • Develops and maintains superior rapport with internal and external customers to ensure staffing
    goals are met
  •  Manages current candidate activity in Bullhorn
  •  Other duties as needed

Skills and qualification required

  •  Microsoft Office knowledge
  •  Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic
    thinking skills
  •  Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Self-motivated & detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast-paced environment
  •  Able to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the
    company’s interests
