Summary
The Detailer details special products per design done by others or occasionally designs less complex products. The details are completed manually and drafting table or in CAD. The goal is to detail in a cost effective and timely fashion. include the following. Other duties may be assigned. General assistance to project teams. Completes detail work from finished designs. Creates “as build” drawings. Assists in filing and maintaining of client and/or customer information and drawings. Reviews all drawings prior to release or checking. Revises mechanical drawings when necessary. Fills out Bill of Material, manually or by computer. Runs prints, when necessary. Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns. Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continuous improvement.

Education
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
