As the Bilingual Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the
accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and routine technical accounting functions
related to the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accounting records and financial
transactions.
Responsibilities:
Provide entry level day-to-day accounting services that include preparation and processing of
transactions and financial statements
Attend all team/department meetings
Other duties as needed at discretion of management
Requirements and skills:
Regular attendance is mandatory
Attention to detail
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, etc) QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
Ability to be flexible
Manage schedule and tasks effectively
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish, must be
proficient in reading, writing and speaking. Other languages a plus, but not required.
Superior organizational skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work in high pressure situations
