As the Bilingual Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the
accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and routine technical accounting functions
related to the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accounting records and financial

 Provide entry level day-to-day accounting services that include preparation and processing of
transactions and financial statements
 Attend all team/department meetings
 Other duties as needed at discretion of management
Requirements and skills:
 Regular attendance is mandatory
 Attention to detail
 Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, etc) QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
 Ability to be flexible
 Manage schedule and tasks effectively
 Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish, must be
proficient in reading, writing and speaking. Other languages a plus, but not required.
 Superior organizational skills
 Exceptional time management skills
 Ability to work in high pressure situations
