Responsibilities:

  •  Book all travel arrangements for all employees
  • Manage phone calls, voicemail messages and correspondence (i.e., emails)
  • Post all jobs, as well as maintain list of current jobs for internal team distribution
  •  Stay current with all paperwork to be filed – to include obtaining any missing information,
    create new hire personnel files, etc.
  •  Maintain and update electronic recruiting database daily
  •  Complete backgrounds and schedule drug testing as applicable per customer request
  •  Create project worksheets for all projects with all applicable information (i.e., manpower, hotel,
    flights, per diem, etc.)
  •  Attend all team/department meetings
  •  Submit timely reports to supervisor
  •  Support entire team whenever necessary
  •  Other duties as needed at discretion of management

  •  Must be available for evening/weekend work, as needed
  •  Proficient speaking, writing, reading English/Spanish bilingual, preferred
