Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client interactions
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Lead team’s full-cycle recruitment efforts streamlining and brainstorming improvement of
processes - Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and recruitment campaigns
- Sources resumes, coordinates the offer process with hiring manager, initiates required drug and
background screens, complete the onboarding process - Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as
career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, trade schools, etc - Develops and maintains superior rapport with internal and external customers to ensure staffing
goals are met - Manages current candidate activity in Bullhorn
Skills and qualification required
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic
thinking skills - Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated & detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the
company’s interests
