  • Hours:  7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Plant Experience Preferred
  • Excel Experience (intermediate skill level)
  • Creates a welcoming & professional environment for all visitors entering client’s lobby
  • Maintains logbooks, issues visitor badges. Reinforces safety and security protocols for visitors
  • Contacts client host when visitors arrive so visitor may be escorted throughout the building.
  • Answers and/or forwards general company questions and inquiries to appropriate client’s team member
  • Maintains high level of trust, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies as needed including kitchenette supplies.
  • Organizes internal customer lunches as requested
  • Supports all onsite internal company events with HR Team
  • Provides other general administrative support when needed
  • Skills include: verbal communication, telephone skills, Microsoft Office, listening, professionalism, customer focus, organization, informing others, handles pressure and supply management.
