• Process payroll for all employees weekly
  • Must have experience with Quickbooks Desktop
  • Conduct all payroll related data entry and calculations accurately
  • Enter Per Diem, Template Addition/Changes, and Employee Bank info (New and Changes)
  • Invoicing
  • Deposits
  • 1099 vendor management
  • AP/AR – including collections and tracking
  • Reporting to CEO, CFO, Office Manager (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as requested)
  • PO tracking and job costing analysis
  • Commission tracking
  • PTO/VT tracking
  • Financial filing (including tax documents, etc.)
  • FOC/garnishments
  • Assist CFO, and other management staff as requested
  • Enter new employees into Quickbooks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Check email frequently throughout the day
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills are a must
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, and efficiently
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Other tasks as needed and role is further defined
