Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.

•          Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer facility (including all options and accessories on all machine types)

•          Analyze findings to troubleshoot and determine source(s) of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or application issues

•          Coordinate problem resolution and recommend repair, replacement, and/or other corrective action for CNC machine tools

•          Provide on-site and remote support to customers, distributors, and colleagues

•          Provide project management and training as required

•          Execute other tasks related to trade show events and/or service support on an as-needed basis

•          Travel Requirements: 100%, including overnights and some weekend travel

•          Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

•          5+ years of experience in machine tool maintenance/technology (both electrical and mechanical)

•          5+ years of experience in providing remote technical support (both electrical and mechanical) in the machine tool industry

•          5+ years experience with installation and/or maintenance of machining centers

•          Strong preference for FANUC Controls experience
